With its 3.00 mm body thickness, professional non-stick inner surface coating, and Steel/Bakelite handles fixed to the body with special alloy rivets, the Ecopan series forms a good alternative for Professionals seeking an economical product.
PFOA-free.
Suitable for all cooktop types except induction.
USAGE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Before first use, wash and dry the entire surface of the coating with warm soapy water.
Pour a thin layer of liquid oil, let it sit for a while, and wipe it off.
Do not use metal spoons and sharp utensils. Use wooden or plastic utensils.
Do not use the product on high heat. You can achieve the most efficient cooking results on low and medium heat. This way your product will not be damaged.
Do not leave your product on the cooktop for a long time if there is nothing inside it; excessive heating damages the paint and coating (PTFE).
Do not expose your product to sudden temperature changes.
Be careful not to burn oil inside the product.
Not dishwasher safe.
When washing the product, do not use steel wool and abrasive cleaning powder. Use liquid or cream detergent.
These precautions extend the life of the product.
